Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something is not right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Returns are free.

Return window

You can request a return within 14 calendar days of the date your order was delivered.

Eligible items

  • Returns are accepted for any reason, including if you simply changed your mind.
  • Items should be unused, in the same condition you received them, and include all parts and accessories. Please use the original packaging if you still have it.
  • Damaged, defective and incorrect items are always eligible within the return window.

How to request a return

  1. Email help@refrinex.shop or call +1 (620) 591-2276 within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
  2. We will reply with return authorization and instructions, including a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off with the carrier.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, so we can match your return to your order.

Return shipping

Return shipping is free. We provide a prepaid return label for every approved return.

Restocking fees

We do not charge restocking fees.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free return.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved.
  • Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days to your original payment method.
  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to show the refund on your statement.
  • Because shipping is free, there are no shipping charges to refund or deduct.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Order changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, you can return it under this policy.
