How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share information only with service providers who help us run the store:
- Our payment processor – to process payments and prevent fraud. The provider is named on our checkout page.
- Hostinger – website hosting and the Hostinger Reach email service used for our newsletter.
- WooCommerce (Automattic) – the e-commerce software that runs our store; it may send technical error logs to WooCommerce to help fix problems.
- Gravatar (Automattic) – may display a profile picture next to product reviews, based on a hashed version of your email address.
- Shipping carriers – your name, address and, where needed, phone number, to deliver your order.
- Authorities – when required by law or to protect our rights.
Cookies
We use cookies that are needed for the store to work, such as keeping items in your cart, keeping you signed in, and securing checkout. Our store software also records which website or campaign brought you to us (order attribution) so we can understand where orders come from. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the store, such as the cart and checkout, may not work without them.
Data retention
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill orders, handle returns and warranty questions, and meet tax and accounting requirements. Support messages are kept as long as needed to resolve your request. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Our website uses HTTPS encryption, card payments are handled by our payment processor, and access to customer data is limited to what is needed to run the store. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
